Description

The owner asked to change the ESP32 used in Air Hub to an ESP32-C5 module ("修改一下把air hub里面用的esp32 修复为c5模组"). Today Air Hub and Air Hub Pro use ESP32-C6-MINI-1-N4 as the Wi-Fi link to Linux (ESP-Hosted over SDIO), and Air Hub Mini uses ESP32-C6-WROOM-1-N8 as its only controller. The C5 alternative was evaluated on 2026-10-25 (task 20261025-0030) for the Mini only.

Acceptance criteria:

1. Air Hub, Air Hub Pro and Air Hub Mini name ESP32-C5-WROOM-1 order codes in the spec, design appendix, reference-board page, guide and index; pin allocation, CAN controller, flash, temperature, certification scope (5 GHz) and BOM are restated for the C5.
2. Existing schematics, PCBs and renders are marked as still showing the C6 (no KiCad regeneration in this repository).
3. Governance rows (product plan, compliance matrix, open questions, business-plan cost sentence) follow.
4. Quality gate passes: bun run docs:lint && bun run docs:build && git diff --check.
