Owner decisions (2026-09-25), following evaluation bizplan/product/switch/air-hub/evaluations/industrial-linux-and-radio.md:

  1. Split the Air Hub into two products: Linux + 2.4 GHz (BLE / Zigbee / Thread-Matter, one function at a time by radio firmware image) and Linux + sub-GHz (LoRa and 433 MHz).
  2. Change the main-controller specification (industrial-grade silicon; RK3506J evaluated).
  3. The 433 MHz function must be compatible with third-party OOK remotes.
  4. LoRa means standard LoRaWAN.

Acceptance criteria:

  1. The Air Hub spec, design, guide, brief and package index describe both products, the industrial platform, and the per-product radio; no stale SSD202D / 2×ESP32-C6 / B1 platform statement remains outside change logs and historical records.
  2. Governance (product plan, open questions, compliance matrix) and cross-references (line spec, Tag) agree with the split.
  3. bun run docs:lint && bun run docs:build && git diff --check passes.
