Description

After the CR2450 / nRF54L15 decision the owner asked three follow-up questions: how nRF54L15, nRF54L10 and nRF54L05 differ; whether YBO can build Matter itself on Zephyr; and how much ROM a Matter build needs. The answers were given in chat with Nordic's nRF Connect SDK 3.0.0 figures and the owner asked to write them into the documentation ("ok 写入文档"), commit, push and deploy.

Deliverable: one evaluation page under bizplan/product/switch/air/evaluations/ with the three memory tiers, the BLE-only firmware and partition estimate, Nordic's Matter memory table and memory map for nRF54L15, the dual-image / image-compression / external-flash conditions, and the Matter-on-Zephyr feasibility and certification notes; its row in the Air package index; a citation from the spec's AIR-O-03 open item. No Level 1 value changes.

Acceptance criteria:

1. Every figure carries its source (Nordic product pages, datasheet v1.0, sdk-nrf v3.0.0 hw_requirements.rst, MCUboot image-compression page).
2. The page is listed in the Air package index and cited from AIR-O-03 only.
3. bun run docs:lint && bun run docs:build && git diff --check passes; commit pushed and the Deploy workflow succeeds.
