Description

Resolve the follow-up items recorded when the Astro + Starlight migration (task 20260915-1901) closed. The owner approved the full list. Plan: docs/plan/20260921-1659-post-migration-follow-ups.md.

Acceptance criteria are per item in the plan; common to all: no file under bizplan/ or docs/ changes except the three malformed links, bun run docs:lint && bun run docs:build && git diff --check passes, and scripts/check-build.mjs passes.

Outcome (2026-09-21, commit c7643ee, deploy run 35630145132)

Verified on the live site, not only the build:

Trailing-slash hops: directory pages 1 -> 0 hops; all 291 sitemap URLs answer 200 with zero redirects; legacy _redirects rules now 1 hop each, the worst previously 2. In-site hrefs ending in / went from 9943 to 0; breadcrumb labels verified unchanged across every page.
sitemap.xml and slashless canonical links live for https://ybo-docs.cfaa.workers.dev.
Deploy workflow now pins wrangler 4.131.2, the version that generates the Worker config.
The three malformed external links resolve to their clean hrefs; updated bumped per the documentation standard. The raw exhibitor CSV keeps the source values verbatim.
lint-docs.mjs flags bare HTML tags in prose; 0 findings on the corpus, and a planted case produced exactly one finding while backtick, fenced and autolink controls did not.
Placeholder icon live (/favicon.svg); a stand-in until a real mark exists.
2927 of 2927 external content links carry target="_blank" rel="noreferrer"; 0 internal.
Heading-anchor label now 章节标题：“…” on 271 pages, English on 0.
Search re-measured on the shipped weights: Chinese recall@10 0.774, gap to MiniSearch -0.080. The grid optimum moved to 0.782 as the corpus grew; the shipped weights were kept.

No change needed: Starlight's ranking defaults were already replaced; the two oversized manuals were never linked, so nothing 404s. A pre-existing build warning (no 404.md in the docs collection, so Starlight uses its default 404 page) is unrelated and untouched.
