Description

The Key base unit carries eight tact switches and LEDs on a panel board, limited by its GPIO count and panel size. The owner wants a central control box that drives external marine pushbuttons (latching or momentary, 12-24 V bicolour lamp) over TE AMPSEAL 35 harnesses, 36 buttons per box.

Acceptance:

• Key spec, design appendix and guide describe Key Box 36 / 18: harness pin-out, button requirements, key types, lamp states, harness fault behaviour.
• A key_box schematic and PCB are generated, ERC 0 violations, DRC 0 unconnected / 0 clearance / 0 short errors; the base unit netlist is unchanged.
