Description

The user stated that the P03 Hub is the boat's main controller and runs Mate, and that P03 and Mate can be merged. Investigate what merging means for the product package, propose a reviewable option, and do not touch controlled documents before approval.

Also carried by this task: the Air Hub's Linux justification. Linux was chosen for the Air Hub because MQTT and the other uplink protocols run there. If the P03 Hub owns Mate and the cloud uplink, a wireless-only Air Hub may not need Linux at all, which would reopen its platform choice and remove Linux from its control path.

Acceptance: the relationship between the Hub hardware and the Mate software is stated unambiguously in the controlled documents; tiering, pricing, compliance routes and the fail-safe doctrine survive the change intact; cross-references stay resolvable; bun run docs:build and git diff --check pass.
