Context

• Key Box 36 appears only inside the Key package (P05-key.md §2.1, design §2.3, guide, brief) and in the governance files. The Switch line pages and the product overview do not mention it:
  • switch/index.md: heading line and product table name Key 4 / Key 8 only;
  • P05-switch.md: §1 model line and product table have no Key Box row;
  • P05-switch-brief.md §6: "Air 2 / Air 4、Key 4 / Key 8、Air Hub…";
  • product/index.md P05 row: "有线 Key";
  • key/index.md and the P05-key.md title: "Key 4 / Key 8 四线 CAN 按键面板".
• Key panel status: the hardware workspace has a Key 8 / Key 4 base board (rev A, ERC/DRC 0) whose layout and connector positions are placeholders, plus I2C and CAN expansion boards. No mechanical or optical design exists. Key Box 36 has a routed 180 × 110 mm board and an enclosure model.
• The governance files tie the panel to T0 and the $149 price. Business plan §4.6 and product plan P5 call Key 4 / Key 8 "the wired path that always works".

Proposal

1. Key Box 36 on the line pages:
   • switch/index.md, P05-switch.md and P05-switch-brief.md: add Key Box 36 to the heading, the model line and the product table. The table row gives tier, 9–32 V supply, path Key Box → CAN → Core, price TBD, the same compliance path as Key (N2K-ready, not certified in v1) and a milestone.
   • product/index.md P05 row, key/index.md heading and the P05-key.md title: "Key Box 36 与 Key 面板".
2. Defer the Key panel:
   • Line pages, Key spec §1/§2, Key index and brief: mark Key 4 / Key 8 (and the I2C / CAN expansion units that only serve the panel) as "延后，未设计"; the existing base-board files are kept as a placeholder.
   • Key Box 36 becomes the current wired Key product for T0.
   • Governance: product plan P5, §5 cost row, roadmap/milestones; business plan §4.6 Switch row (zh/en); the "always works" wording moves to Key Box 36 with existing helm pushbuttons.
3. Changelog entry; version bumps per file.

Open question

"4键面板" can mean only Key 4, or the whole Key panel family (Key 4 / Key 8 share one board). This proposal assumes the whole panel family, since the shared base board is the undesigned part. If only Key 4 is deferred, item 2 shrinks to marking Key 4 deferred and Key 8 stays current.

Risks

• Moving T0's wired path from the panel to Key Box 36 changes the business-plan story for new builds (no wall panel at launch); price for Key Box 36 is still TBD, so the unit-economics table loses the $149 wired product.

Scope

About 10 files: switch index, line spec, line brief, product index, Key index/spec/brief, product plan, business plan zh/en, plus tracking. No hardware files.

Alternatives

• Only add Key Box 36 to the line pages, leave the panel status unchanged: small, but keeps listing an undesigned product as current.
