Description

On 2026-10-22 and 2026-10-23 the owner chose the Raytac AN54LV-P15 certified module for the first Air BLE hardware ("用Raytac的", "提升为模组为第一版本"). The Air documents still describe the chip-down nRF54L15 QFN48 design as the first version and the module only as an alternative form. Bring the spec, design appendix, guide, the Air index and the governance tables in line: module build first, chip-down design as the later cost-down variant with the same circuit, firmware platform and security implementation.

Acceptance criteria:

1. P05-air.md §1, §2 table, §7 and §8 name the AN54LV-P15 module as the first-version platform, state the certification path for a module-based end product, and add the switch condition for the chip-down variant.
2. P05-air-design.md §2.1, §3 (block diagram and peripheral table) and §5 describe the module host circuit (32.768 kHz crystal, 4.7 uH inductor, VDD decoupling, NFC loop, antenna keep-out, GPIO assignment) and keep the chip-down design as the cost-down variant; the Ebyte E73-2G4M54LP(15) comparison is recorded.
3. P05-air-guide.md §2, §5, §6 and §7 reflect module deliverables, EOL items and D0 demonstration.
4. air/index.md and product-plan.md / compliance-matrix.md one-line summaries match.
5. Quality gate passes: bun run docs:lint && bun run docs:build && git diff --check.
