Description

The owner asked for a pass over the whole documentation set to improve the business plan ("看看整体文档再过一遍，来优化一下计划书"). The business-plan pair was last revised on 2026-09-14 (plus one Key line on 2026-09-28) and no longer matches the product plan and product packages.

Acceptance criteria:

1. bizplan/governance/business-plan.md and business-plan.en.md describe the same product set, names, prices and tiers as product-plan.md and product/index.md.
2. Claims in the plan stay within the evidence-gated tone of assumptions.md and commercial-model.md; known cost-ceiling gaps are disclosed, not hidden.
3. The Chinese and English versions stay in lockstep.
4. Quality gate passes: bun run docs:lint && bun run docs:build && git diff --check.
