Context

• Product plan §2 tiers: T0 lists "Sense ≈ Key"; T1 lists "Air and Air Hub" without an order between the three hubs. Staffing: HW2 does Sense/Key, then Air.
• Switch line spec table: Key Box 36 T0 (EVT M4–5, DVT M8–9, PVT M12); Air T1 (EVT M6–7, DVT/PVT M13–14); Air Hub, Air Hub Pro and Air Hub Mini T1 with milestone "with Air".
• Air Hub spec §2.1 lists Air Hub, Air Hub Pro, Air Hub Mini, in that order; the reference board and the guide treat the Linux carrier (Air Hub / Pro) as the main board.
• Business plan Switch row: "Key T0 / Air and Air Hub T1".
• The uncommitted work of task 20261029-0443 (Key Box 36 first, Key panels deferred) touches the same files and is the base for this change.

Proposal

Order inside the Switch line: 1 Key Box 36 (T0) → 2 Air (T1) → 3 Air Hub Mini (T1, ships with Air as the launch hub) → 4 Air Hub Pro (T1, after Air Hub Mini). The standard Air Hub (RK3506G, $59) is not in the owner's list; see decision 1.

1. Product plan v1.13: T0/T1 rows name the Switch order; staffing note (HW2: Key Box 36, then Air, then Air Hub Mini; Air Hub Mini ESP32-C5 firmware before the Air Hub Pro Rust host).
2. Switch line spec and brief: table rows reordered (Key Box 36, Air, Air Hub Mini, Air Hub Pro, then Air Hub) with an order column or milestone text: Air Hub Mini "with Air", Air Hub Pro "after Air Hub Mini"; Switch index and Air Hub index list the same order.
3. Air Hub spec: §1/§2.1 state the order and that Air Hub Mini is the first hub; functions only the Linux hubs provide (local broker, Matter controller, P09 Control host, 433 MHz) arrive with Air Hub Pro.

Decisions requested:

1. Standard Air Hub (RK3506G): (a, recommended) keep it as a later option after Air Hub Pro, no milestone, documents kept; (b) drop it, keep its documents only as history.
