The user stated two architecture changes while reviewing the product matrix diagram:

  1. Mate is one product, hardware and software together. It is no longer drawn or described as a hardware Hub plus software running on it.
  2. The AC side gains its own controller that makes its own decisions. Mate reaches it over RS-485 or CAN. Core no longer drives AC contactor coils.

Redraw both diagrams accordingly and redraw the off-boat Control chart with the same generator so the package uses one drawing method throughout.

These two statements contradict controlled content that this task does not change, because a product-plan revision needs its own proposal:

  • PRODUCT-PLAN.md §P3 is written as two halves, "硬件 · Hub" and "软件 · …".
  • §P1 Core custom requirements 8 and 9 (contactor coil driving; the flagged pulse-output mode with a firmware-enforced on-time limit) exist only to drive AC latching relays from Core.
  • §P4 開關執行, 支路开关基线, 脉冲时序 and 降级行为 are all written around "Core channel drives the latching relay directly", including priced Schneider iTL and Finder candidates.
  • §P4 carries the non-negotiable boundary "YBO 无任何硬件承载交流载流或交流电位", which needs restating if the AC controller is a YBO product.
  • §P7 Studio owns the pulse channel type and the 12 s minimum re-actuation interval.
  • product/ac/ and product/mate/ carry the same statements at Level 1 and Level 2.

The product index therefore carries a visible warning block naming the two divergences and stating that the product plan governs until the write-back happens.

Open items for the user, none of which this task decides: whether the AC controller is a YBO product, a partner-built product or a third-party selection; whether the no-AC-potential boundary still holds; and whether Core's pulse-output requirement is retired.

Acceptance: both diagrams show the stated architecture; no Mermaid chart remains in the product matrix; the divergence from PRODUCT-PLAN.md is stated on the page rather than silently introduced; bun run docs:build and git diff --check pass; zoom verified in a browser.

Redrawing the matrix for a unified Mate and an autonomous AC controller.

  • blocked by: (none)
  • blocks: write-back of the two changes into PRODUCT-PLAN.md, product/ac/ and product/mate/, which needs the three open items answered first.
  • Full tier: diagram definitions, product index and a recorded divergence.

  • No product-plan file was edited.

  • complete: Both diagrams redrawn; divergence from PRODUCT-PLAN recorded on the page and as blocked follow-up.
