Description
章节标题:“Description”On 2026-10-25 the owner asked why the Mini has two LEDs instead of one colour-changing LED ("为什么有两个灯?不是用一个led变色灯吗"). The earlier answer to "different colours" had been taken as two single-colour LEDs. This task replaces the two LEDs with one LED and one light pipe:
- Part: Kingbright APFA3010LSEEZGKQBKC, a right-angle side-emitting RGB LED (3.0 × 1.5 × 1.0 mm, common anode). At 2 mA the forward voltage is 1.8 V for red and 2.65 V for green and blue, so a 3.3 V supply drives every colour.
- Wiring: the anode is on +3V3. The red, green and blue cathodes go through 1 kΩ, 1 kΩ and 330 Ω to IO11, IO6 and IO7, active low. IO11 was a spare pin.
- Placement: the LED sits on the port edge at PCB y 38.
- Enclosure: one light pipe in the port-side wall.
The placed part count stays 47: one LED and one resistor replace the two LEDs.
Acceptance criteria:
- Board checks: ERC with no errors, DRC 0 (unconnected, errors, parity), EMC 0 errors.
- Renders: the enclosure renders show one light pipe.
- Docs: the reference board (§2.4, §5.4, §6.1 per-board total, §7, §7.4), the spec, the design appendix pin notes and the Mini README are updated.
- Quality gate:
bun run docs:lint && bun run docs:build && git diff --checkpasses.

Notes
章节标题:“Notes”Results (2026-10-25):
- Board: DRC 0 unconnected, 0 errors, 0 parity. Warnings: 3 library-mismatch, plus 3 silkscreen-edge warnings because the USB-C and the LED sit at the board edge.
- EMC: 13 findings, 0 errors, 7 warnings.
- Cost: per-board parts at 100 pcs are $18.22, up from $18.13. The change is within the rounding of the §6.1 estimate.
- Doc versions: reference board R1.16, spec R1.20, design appendix R1.15.
- Open:
- LCSC does not list the LED; DigiKey and Mouser stock it. A same-footprint domestic alternative is still to be checked.
- The colour and blink patterns for the system, pairing and radio states are a firmware decision.
