• complete: One-piece black shell (R12 corners, matte top, gloss sides, top edge R3, no seam or screw on the top: YBO logo, two pinhole light pipes, flush PAIR disc), recessed base plate with perimeter gasket, rubber ring and product name, M3 screws from below through the base standoffs and the PCB holes into shell pillars; about 112 x 97 x 27 mm on the ring; no wall ears. Ports unchanged (RJ45 / RP-SMA left, USB-C front, M8 right). Board corners rounded to R6 so the board fits the R9.5 inner corners (gen_hub_pcb.py corner_r; applied to the routed board without rerouting): DRC 0 unconnected / 0 errors / 0 parity, EMC unchanged at 58 findings / 23 errors. Interference check 0 overlaps. Reference board, guide, product READMEs and renders updated. The Air Hub Mini is out of scope.
