Context

Since commit b9a4818 (2026-10-23) two commits changed the Switch line:

  • c69deca — Key Box 36 R1.0 (TLE75008-ESD outputs, capacitor arrays, LM317 10 V rail, 416 mA loop supply; AD74412R rejected). No price yet.
  • 78dcf19 — Air Hub rev D: EFR32MG24 module (RF-BM-MG24B2) on all three hubs, RFM310-433S2 on Air Hub Pro, Air Hub Mini back on ESP32-C6-WROOM-1-N8 with a diode-OR input and one-side I/O, part reductions, set-top-box enclosures; Air first hardware on the Raytac AN54LV-P15 module with chip-down nRF54L15 as a cost-down variant (AIR-O-15).

78dcf19 partly synced the governance files; the result is inconsistent.

Wording: business plan §11 and product plan P5 "成本与验收" still say Air Hub Pro is within the ceiling "only at the low end"; the spec now says "mostly within". Business plan risk 9 is still correct (Air Hub and Mini over).

Other stale governance text

  1. Business plan §10 status note (zh/en): Key Box 36 "specification being frozen" (now R1.0); no mention of the Air module first build or enclosure renders.
  2. Product plan §5: Key Box 36 "待定（规格进行中）" (spec is R1.0; price and BOM still not set); Air "历史 BOM $8–12，须重新询价" (Air design has no module BOM total yet — keep, note module).
  3. compliance-matrix.md: Air row has no module-referencing certification path (Air spec §7 now defines it); Air Hub row text "Mini … 射频构成与 Air Hub 相同" predates rev D; Mate row is labelled "Mate 硬件（Hub）"; the withdrawn Air Hub LR row is still in the active table; remote row and the quote list name Hub; no Key Box 36 row (Key row covers it by product, but the box adds RS-485, analog inputs and an N2K-ready isolated CAN).
  4. open-questions.md P5: AIR-O-03 still names CC2755R10 as the Air alternative and the old Air Hub selection history; AIR-O-09 listed as open though closed 2026-09-29; CTL-O-01 and field-wiring item 2 name Hub.

Product-package inconsistencies found (not edited by this plan)

  • Air Hub spec §2.1 table Mini $22.2–27.5 vs its own text and reference-board §6 $21.2–26.5.
  • Reference-board §6 line on Air Hub Pro "$40.5–45.8" vs its table $40.8–46.1.

These belong to the Air Hub owner; this plan reports them and uses the reference-board §6 table values in governance.

Proposal

  1. Business plan zh/en §11 and §10: replace the cost sentence with the §6 table figures (Air Hub $31.2–40.4, Pro $40.8–46.1 "mostly within the ceiling", Mini $21.2–26.5); update the M1 status note (Air Hub rev D with enclosure design, Air first build on a certified module, Key Box 36 spec R1.0; still no dated bench record). Bump to v2.3.
  2. Product plan: §5 Mini figure → $21.2–26.5; P5 "成本与验收" Pro wording → "大部分处于上限内"; §5 Key Box 36 → "规格 R1.0，BOM 与价格待定"; Air row notes the AN54LV-P15 module first build. Bump to v1.11.
  3. Compliance matrix: Air row adds the module-referencing route from Air spec §7; Air Hub row states rev D radios (EFR32MG24 module, RFM310 on Pro, Mini on WROOM-1); Mate row label without "Hub"; Air Hub LR row moved out of the active table into a one-line "withdrawn" note; remote row and quote list Hub → Mate; Key row mentions Key Box 36 with its extra interfaces. Bump version.
  4. Open questions: rewrite AIR-O-03 to current state (Air on AN54LV-P15 module, cost-down chip variant under Air AIR-O-15; Air Hub core-board quotes and cost-down); mark AIR-O-09 closed with date; CTL-O-01 and field-wiring item 2 Hub → Mate. Bump version.
  5. PPT build guide: Hub → Mate where it means the product.
  6. Changelog entry.

No new figures; every value comes from a product spec, reference-board §6 or an existing governance file.

Risks

  • Air Hub figures may move again while the Air Hub owner reconciles the spec/table mismatch; governance then follows the reference-board table again.
  • compliance-matrix.md row edits touch legal-planning wording; changes are limited to product facts already stated in the specs.

Six files: business-plan zh/en, product-plan, compliance-matrix, open-questions, ppt-build-guide, plus tracking. No product-package file is edited.

Alternatives

  • Only fix the cost conflict (items 1–2): two-file change; leaves compliance and open questions stale.
  • Also fix the two product-package mismatches: small, but they sit in files under active work by the Air Hub owner; better reported than edited here.

Annotations

  • 2026-10-28: owner approved with "全部修改". Cost figures follow task 20261028-1709 (ESP32-C5) and the Mini board of task 20261028-1730 instead of the figures in Context; the two product-package mismatches listed there were resolved by those tasks. The wireless SoC catalog Air Hub row was added to scope.
