Description

The product package index lists every product line in a table, but nothing shows how the lines compose into a system: which product sits on which bus, which product hosts which software, and which combinations are on-boat versus off-boat. Readers have to reconstruct that from PRODUCT-PLAN.md §2 and the per-product "system position" sections.

Add a Mermaid flowchart to bizplan/product/index.md that renders the current product matrix: control surfaces (Switch: Air, Key, Air Hub), execution and sensing (Core, Sense), the AC integration boundary (AC), the boat controller (Mate hardware Hub plus its software/cloud/App), the tooling and platform software (Studio, Control), and the peripheral lines (Eye, Tag, View), connected by the buses and interfaces that actually link them — YBO CAN, NMEA 2000, BLE, RS-485/Modbus, Ethernet/Wi-Fi, MQTT.

Acceptance: every node and edge traces to an existing statement in PRODUCT-PLAN.md or the product specifications, with no new product claims; the P05 consolidation (Air/Key/Air Hub) and the P03 Hub+Mate consolidation are reflected; the AC boundary is drawn as control/detection only, never as YBO AC hardware; bun run docs:build and git diff --check pass.
