Description

On 2026-10-24 the owner asked for the Mini appearance in 3D as a black box similar to an Apple TV ("用类似apple tv的黑子做外观3d"). The enclosure concept from task 20261024-2330 changes as follows:

• Shell: a one-piece black top shell with a matte top and gloss sides. The outer corner radius is 12 mm and the top edge has a 2.5 mm round-over. The only top marking is a centred YBO print.
• Base: a dark base plate with a rubber foot inset by 6 mm, so the box appears to float. Four M3 screws go in from under the foot through the standoffs and the board into the shell posts, so no seam or screw is visible from above.
• Board: the outline gets 7 mm corner radii so it fits the rounded cavity. The mounting holes stay where they were.
• Unchanged: the ports and the side key and LEDs.

Acceptance criteria:

1. Board checks: DRC 0 (unconnected, errors, parity) and EMC 0 errors.
2. Renders and STL: the renders show the black set-top-box look. Base plate and shell STL files are exported.
3. Docs: the reference board §7.4 and the Mini README are updated.
4. Quality gate: bun run docs:lint && bun run docs:build && git diff --check passes.

Notes

Results (2026-10-24):

• Board: DRC 0 unconnected, 0 errors, 0 parity (3 library-mismatch warnings). EMC 14 findings, 0 errors, 8 warnings.
• Docs: reference board R1.13.
• Size: about 97 × 86 × 25 mm.
• Corner radius: the 7 mm board radius is the most the unchanged hole positions allow (2.6 mm from hole edge to outline). A larger, more Apple TV-like outer radius needs the holes moved inward.
• RF: the shell must not get a metallic paint, so both antennas keep working through the plastic.
