Description

Owner instruction (2026-09-25): add one ESP32-C6 (option C of the Wi-Fi discussion). The shared base board of Air Hub and Air Hub LR gains one ESP32-C6-MINI-1 as the Wi-Fi uplink (ESP-Hosted); the Air Hub functional radio stays EFR32MG21. Also correct the core-board prices introduced by task 20260925-0931: 88 CNY is FET3506J-S; FET3506J-C is at most 138 CNY batch, tax included.

Acceptance criteria:

1. Spec, design, guide, brief, index, evaluation page and governance rows describe Wi-Fi as a base-board uplink through one ESP32-C6, with the coexistence and compliance consequences.
2. Every core-board price carries its source; the BOM in the evaluation page is recomputed.
3. bun run docs:lint && bun run docs:build && git diff --check passes.
