Description

Owner request (2026-09-27): improve how tables display on the site, and check whether a Markdown component exists for it.

The site renders 893 GFM tables across 242 pages with Starlight's default styling: only a bottom border per cell, no header or row contrast, no visible cue that a wide table scrolls sideways, and a 1rem cell padding that pushes 9–13-column specification tables off screen. Thirteen tables exceed 30 rows (IAA exhibitor lists reach 212), and the header scrolls away.

Acceptance criteria:

1. No Markdown source changes: every existing table picks up the new rendering.
2. Tables have a visible header, row separation, and a horizontal-scroll container that does not collapse CJK cells.
3. Long tables keep their header visible; wide tables can be opened full-screen.
4. bun run docs:lint && bun run docs:build && git diff --check passes.
