Description

The owner asked to continue the Air wireless-platform research with the Texas Instruments SimpleLink family (lower standby and radio current than the current ESP32-H2 recommendation), to look at capacitive-touch input as an alternative to mechanical keys, and to revisit the primary-battery choice against the power figures.

Deliverable: one evaluation page under bizplan/product/switch/air/evaluations/ that compares TI CC2340R5 / CC2340R53 (and module), CC2755R10 and CC2674P10 with the current ESP32-H2 and nRF54L15 figures, records the TI Wi-Fi companion (CC3301) as an Air Hub / Mate candidate only, evaluates touch-sensing options (CapTIvate MCU, Azoteq controller, SoC-integrated touch) against the wet-cabin environment, and compares Li-FeS2 AAA, alkaline AAA, Li-SOCl2 AAA/AA and Li-MnO2 coin/CR123A cells on the 750 mAh budget. The page is an evaluation: it does not change any Level 1 value and is cited only from AIR-O-01 / AIR-O-02 / the design appendix.

Acceptance criteria:

Every figure carries a datasheet source and date; no figure is copied from memory.
The comparison is expressed against the spec's 750 mAh / 28.54 µA budget and the design appendix's normal duty cycle, not as bare chip standby numbers.
