Description

The owner wants a second Air version on 433 MHz, using the same CMT2300A as the Air Hub, with encryption ("另外air需要支持另外一个433的air版本 你看看air hub的，他用的CMT2300A，并且需要支持加密"). The hub side is being rewritten in task 20260929-0011 (another session): both hubs carry a CMT2300A 433 MHz link whose YBO class uses a per-device key, AES-128-CCM per frame, a monotonic counter with replay rejection, and acknowledged commands with read-back.

Acceptance criteria:

1. Air spec defines the Air 433 variant (models, radio, region, security, battery target) and closes or rewrites AIR-O-09.
2. Design appendix §2.3 and architecture show the CC1310 board, the key and counter handling, the receive-window scheme and the coin-cell power limits with datasheet figures.
3. Guide adds 433 verification (replay, recorded-frame attack, battery, EN 300 220 / FCC).
4. Quality gate passes: bun run docs:lint && bun run docs:build && git diff --check.
