Description

The owner asked for another pass to update the documents ("看看再更新一下文档"). Commits c69deca and 78dcf19 (2026-10-26) changed the Switch line; the governance files were only partly synced and now carry conflicting cost figures and stale open items.

Acceptance criteria:

1. Air Hub, Air Hub Pro and Air Hub Mini cost figures and ceiling statements are identical in the business-plan pair, the product plan and the Air Hub spec §2.1 / reference-board §6.
2. Governance files no longer describe withdrawn or superseded Switch decisions as current.
3. Quality gate passes: bun run docs:lint && bun run docs:build && git diff --check.
