Description

The 2026-09-11 decisions replaced nRF54L15 with ESP32-H2 as the Air first-version recommendation, the CR2450 cell with two series AAA primary lithium cells, the 400 mAh comparison budget with 750 mAh, and the ≤12 mm thickness target with ≤14 mm. The specifications under product/switch/ carry the new figures, but the governing documents still carry the old ones:

Found while consolidating the Switch product line (20260912-0903); left untouched there because it is a content correction outside that task's approved scope.

Acceptance: the governing figures match the specifications, or the difference is stated as deliberate; bun run docs:build and git diff --check pass.
